Sirius Starmate 4 Temperature Problem? - sirius starmate
Has anyone had problems with temperature or atmosphere with Starmatik 4? I installed in my car and sometimes closed for hours or even days at a time. Often in winter and I notice when I start heat for about an hour cleaning the unit again. This has happened several times during the summer, so in'm wondering if the humidity had something to do with it. I have the device in the house for the winter, to see if it was the cold, perhaps the journey, but in vain. To anyone else had problems like this with the Sirius Starmatik 4 or radios? Any solution?

The receiver is too hot. Try the brightness that could help. When the radio is not exchanged because of the heat, then with another recipient. If your receiver is less than one years, is still under warranty. Simply call Sirius to their account, to share the new receiver.
